Dr. Q is right, my first pregnancy it was around 20wks, but with this being my third, I felt him earlier around 15-16wks, so if you are feeling like "flutters" that's the baby :) They will get stronger in the next week too :) It's sooo cool. Oh, and I at first wondered if it was gas, but then realized nah, that's my baby :)
When do you start feeling the baby move?

Hi Dr.Q and Ladies,
I'm currently 16w4d pregnant and I am just wondering when can I expect to start feeling that fluttering/bubbling sensation of the baby moving. Sometimes I think I might feel something but then other times I think it might just be gas or something. What do you all think? Is it still too early?
Also, I have been having alot of round ligament pain which includes alot of stretching and pulling, is this normal? Thanks in advance!

I'd say I started feeling her around 16 weeks. Although it was few and far between...like once every four days until I was about 20 weeks. To me it felt like a little goldfish swimming through my tum. Those feelings continued to increase for me, but it wasn't until 24 weeks when I really felt kicks (and my husband could feel them, too). I'm pretty sure I was feeling them before 24 weeks, but I couldn't identify them.
Thanks girls! Every once in a while when I am very still I feel a little flutter or a gurgle in my stomach. But I have to be very very still and sometimes I dont feel it at all so thats why I was wondering if it's gas or the baby! Well hopefully within the next few weeks they will get more noticable!
