I am 17 weeks and my OB has not performed a pelvic check yet. I had a subchorionic hemorrhage at 13 weeks with bleeding that lasted until 15 1/2 weeks. I have been having a lot of pressure and sometimes pain in my cervix when I stand, sneeze or cough and I have my next check up with my OB next monday. Should I be concerned if she doesn't do a pelvic check or are these symptoms normal?

You should ask them to do a cervical length US. It is not routine for them to do a pelvic exam until 36 weeks, so that is obviously way too far out if you are having issues. I would actually call them tomorrow & ask about this because they may need to set up the cervical length US seperate from your regular appt. This is important, I mean it is probably just the pressure from the baby but You never ever want to assume. Let me know what they say!
