Yesterday I had a BBT of 97.43 at 7am and tested negative with an OPK last night at 5:30pm and at 9:30pm. This morning my BBT was 97.87 at 6:30am and the OPK was positive.
I've observed shifts in my BBT from 97.4 to 97.8 in past cycles, but not used the OPK. I've had lotiony CM the past few days. I've read that the BBT spike indicates ovulation has occurred, but the OPK test means that it will occur w/in 48 hours. So, which is correct?
