Yes, usually insignificant, can be corrected with meds if you know what part of the luteal phase you're in, and so long as you're under 35...if not, an Ob/Gyn should do a biopsy of the endometrium and/or be evaluated for fibroids/polyps...

I'm on CD 17 today. Usually I have a 25-28 day cycle. I'm getting almost positive OPK's and thought I ovulated a few days ago.
I just started temping again after 3 months of a temp break and yesterday it was highest it's ever been (97.32). This morning it was 96.77, which is still about where I remember it being after ovulation.
I started spotting a little bit of brown blood this morning, but when I used the restroom a few minutes ago, I was bleeding a light flow.
Why would I start my period again on CD 17? I'm angry, I'm upset, and I have no idea what is going on with me.

bleeding that's not your period and is mid-cycle is a simple way to define it, and this doesn't appear to be your bleed, wait it out, and you still have a reasonable shot..
It is your endometrium that nourishes the embryo inside your uterus and is the one that sheds the blood during your period...if not enough or correct hormones, this can occasionally slough off like in your case, hence "breaking through" the present hormones that are there...

The bright red light flow stopped and started into very very light pink spotting, only noticable on the toilet paper after I use the restroom. I keep thinking my AF is coming, but it's the same light pink spotting everytime I use the restroom.
Usually if I baby dance when I'm spotting, it will bring on AF, so we baby danced last night. It didn't work... still the light pink spotting.
Any idea what's going on since I'm only on CD 18 of a normally 25-28 day cycle?
