What would be the fertility treatment for a person with one tube?

Clomid could work, especially if you're ovulating on the side that's open...More reassuring would be to use injectable gonadotropins in a very low dose to try and make sure you do ovulate on the open side...

Otherwise, IVF is a great bet

Many things could cause this, from a history of STD/PID, known or diagnosed, to endometriosis...once pregnant, you may need close observation to make sure it's not an ectopic

I met my RE early this month. . and he asked me to begin with Clomid. I was planning to start from my next cycle. (as my referals have to get approved and that would take time).. In the meantime .. I learnt that I had fallen pregnant without any help. . I got a positive blood test .. and my hcg quant was increasing. .but the happiness lasted for just 4 days .. I miscarried after 4 days..

Should I still start Clomid from my next cycle ? Or could I become pregnant naturally. . now that I have been able to conceive once naturally ?

P.S: Iam the same person who asked the first question. I could not get my first user id to work.
