Hi Megan...my doc gave me loads of Tums samples when I was prego with my ds. I've heard the wives tale that more heartburn means more hair on the baby's head (lol)...I had minor heartburn off and on and my son had a full head of hair and got his first haircut at 8 months and one each month since! LOL
What to do about heartburn?

I take OTC Pepcid for my heartburn currently, and my dr said if it didn't work she'd give me something stronger, but up until recently its worked fine.
Yesterday and today I feel like there is a bonfire in my stomach and throat!! What are some ways I can deal with it, without medication until I go back to my doc?
And/or is it okay to take Pepcid AND Rolaids/tums?
