What is your bloody show?

I've been reading some other posts and don't know what you guys are referring to by a "bloody show" :)

Ummm, IDK know if this is what they are referring to but when my doc checked my cervix at my last appointment he said I had a bloody show,, I guess I was spotting?!?!?! I went into labor a couple days later

Can probably have different meanings wrt to contects..But..usually when ur mucous plug breaks n u have some brown spotting with it is usually known as bloody show.

So long it's small spotting in a pregnancy known not to be of high risk (ie placenta or vasa previa) and to not be with any abdominal pain, is of little significance...

Can be referred to as HopeN stated, or simply a little bit of blood that is noted when one is near or at term...

Sam........i had some of my mucus plug come out with some blood in it and my doc referred to it as a blood show, but it seems like it can be used in a few different ways. Hope you are doing good with those little ones!
