What is an endometrium test for?

i am done with me my LAP ..there were many problems one was there was fluid inside my endometrium..and there were blood patched in nd around my ovaries which my doc has burnt and said it will neve occur in future..she has sent my endometrium for some test..and one tube is partially blocked which my doc said is ok..nothing to worry..please tell me that i am ok and will be able to conceive..will get my endometrium result on wednesday..i am tensed..
