What could it mean when blood work for day three comes back with high progesterone, and ultrasound shows a thick lining?

I am waiting to start my first cycle of clomid, and so far I have had to false alarm day three's. Im 30 years old, in good health, and have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. I know googling is bad, but I keep finding information about early menopause; and I have to say, I am starting to become really frustrated and upset. Any advice?
