HI,
i was on injections first time 75IU 4 follicles were made on each ovary total of 8.but my right tube is blocked.i wasnt given trigger shot though dr told me 2 naturally bd for 10 days after she monitored my follicles and they were of gud size.i always get AF on time this time i got them 3 days earlier i never get AF earlier.cud it be spotting??
if its AF what cud be the reason i didnt get preg?is it that im ovluating on wrong side i.e the tube which is blocked (right one)??
the dr said she will continue this injections for 3months is it possible in 3 months that the ovary will alter change sides???
my ovaries r fine,uterus and all normal im 23yrz old and ttc from 6months please help me im v stressed

On any given month, your MAXIMUM chance of getting pregnant is 25% or so. Being on follicle stim drugs doesn't guarantee a pregnancy, even if both partners are fertile.
In order to get pregnant, the egg and sperm must be healthy, the egg must make it from the ovary to the tube, the sperm still has to find the egg (during the 12-24 hours that the egg is good), fertilize the egg and implant in the uterine lining. That's a lot of variables that need to happen in a very short period of time. Keep trying!
