What are the early signs of pregnancy?

hi,ok im getting really wierd pains in my stumach and the sides of my stumach,im bloaded and ive been feeling nauseated but havent gotten sick, and i have not missed a period ,but i havent been able to ever have the chance of pregnany before i have abnormal cells in my cervix ...thank you sincerlly
