What are the benefits of Vitex agnus-castus?

MrsP..i have looked it up be4....it helps regulate ur cycles so u can pinpoint O easier ,therefore getting PG should be easier...not a 100% garuntee though...i heard it took 3 months for the pills to really work....

I started using it last month to help sort out my cycles and LP and it work wonders! But if you are on meds don't use it as it counteracts the effects of the meds!

OH really treans? Where did you find that out?

If you google it there is heaps of info on it! By one of the ladies on here was told that by her GYN.
