i actually enjoy putting all my food into the fitday website and seeing how much i am actually eating.... i dont eat much at all but i can already see after 2 days of putting the stuff in there that i eat more calories than i would like to. I could make better choices even tho i thought i was fine in that department!

I will weigh myself on Sunday and ONLY sunday so that i can see any progress.... i use to weigh myself every day and it just put more stress on me, so Sunday it is! :)

Yes I like it also! In fact I'm cooking the dh taco's tonight and I will eat something else. I'm trying to cut down on the red meat and dairy. So I might do noodles or something else. It is amazing how really watching and putting the infor on that site has really opened my eyes with what I do.

I'm only going to weigh myself just once a week. I started walking yesterday for only 30 mins but today I added on 15 min and did my step climber thing that my dh got me for Christmas...lol. Plus I did some upper arms and stomach excerises. I'm going to increase my workout to another 15 min tomorrow. I want to get up to 2 hrs within a couple of wks then by the end of the mth maybe 3 hrs (I'm a housewife and can do that). I'm looking forward to maybe getting some warmer weather here in the UK. But you never know here!!!! It would be nice if we could get to 70 or so and with no winds! The longer days are nice also!!!!

here is my ticker I want to loose 12 lbs- but that puts me under 100bls (I am 4 feet 7 inces tall) and ticketfactory only supports tickers of at least 100 lbs- so its not exactly right!)

lol...I'm sorry but I have loads to take off here....I'm about to put my fat on sale on e-bay!!!! Yes that is my goal...I did do that years ago and want to do that again. The dh and I are talking about start jogging this weekend...just hope the weather will be nice!!!!

For lunch I am having turkey (deli meat) 99% fat free, light wheat bread, and 1 slice of cheese

diet coke and maybe a few sun chips...we will see

Wow!! You guys are doing great! I walked for 45 minutes this morning, and I will walk this afternoon for about another 45 minutes. I think I will also do my weigh in just once a week, but think I will do it on Fridays.

LOL- IO am petite and I have been teaching skating for nearly 15 years!

Chelsha-I completely understand losing weight is a life lone battle. I have always battled with my weight and just hate it. I can take it off and something happens and there goes the weight on my old body again:((((

Yesterday I became very sore from working out so I guess that is a good sign. Just remember to drink that water because it will help those sore muscles...that is what I ended up doing and I'm much better today.

Thank you ladies! When I do something I do it...I'm on a mission to be skinny again...I was at a friend's house last week and they had this mirror and I really had to look at myself and it wasn't good....so fat I'm tired of you and go away. I'm just pumped up about this. Hopefully I'll lose 20 lbs or so by the end of the mth....lol

awwww Flutter don't be embarrassed because we are just humans and noone is perfect this is just about weight and being healthy. What matters is your loving big heart and that is what you got...don't bring yourself down with this. One good thing this is something you can control....now time to control it!!!! Big (((hugs))) and make baby steps!!!!
