If anyone could share me their thoughts on weight loss. I want to lose about 60 pounds. I'm not sure of the best way since I have tried weight watchers and I am a picky eater.
The best way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. A brisk 30 min walk is great to do 3x a week. Losing about a 1 to 1 1/2 pds a week is best to keep the weight off long term. It's so hard to do, I've been fighting my weight all my adult life. I also want to lost 40-60 pounds. So far I've lost 10 pds. I eat about 1000 calories a day and walk 30 min every day for the last 3 weeks. Good luck to you. :)
