The different hormones can make intercourse uncomfortable, so this is not uncommon. Also if the crinone is effecting vaginal lubrication this may also be contributing. You can try a sperm friendly lube such as pre-seed & see if that helps. If the pain is deeper inside the pelvis, it may just be from the ovaries being enlarged from the stimulation of the clomid. There is not much you can do about this one other than trying different positions that make things more comfortable. This definitely makes conceiving difficult if you don't want to BD because it hurts! I remember definitely feeling that way, I just kind of grinned an beared it but it was definitely NOT fun! BDing becomes no fun at all while TTC, I swear I just did it to get pregnant, if i could have found another way I would have! lol. The cycles that we did IUI, I was so relieved because I did not have to BD when I was feeling all bloated & in pain because my ovaries were HUGE. Try preseed for lubricant. Lub does make a huge difference.

I had such painful bd after my only baby was born that I avoided it for a long time. Turns out it was a pulled muscle from delivery...but that's different than what's going on w/you.

Crinone is a progesterone. Why are you using it if you're not already pregnant? Crinone will lube up anything in my opinion. It's like lotion. I get tender from the clomid.
