Couple of days back I had all the signs of UTI and went to doctor.Urine sample didn't show any bacteria.I was given antibiotics.I am trying to concieve and had my ovulation on 5th of this month.I am feeling sick as it gets evening and feeling very hungry as well.

My question is if I had infection and if I have already concieved, does this effect the baby in any way?Previously I had a bad experience with my first baby born with heart defect.Please help..

Tanaya... If u got the + OPK on the 5th of the month then u would only be able 6-7dpo and with it being this early there is no way to tell if ur pregnant or not since the follicle wouldnt even implant until 6-10dpo so with u taking the meds for the UTI then u would be fine.

Sorry to hear about ur 1st baby and I can understand the concern.

Katie thanks for your reply.I didn't check with with ovulation monitor but I get pain during ovulation.I got pain on 5th and that made me think that I have ovulated on 5th.

Tanaya.. Oh ok. Well u could still be 6-7 DPO or earlier or later but still with it being that early ur fine with taking the meds.
