Ultrasound at 7 weeks 5 days! ( two babies)?????

I had an ultrasound today..we saw the baby although very small and the heart beat which makes it so really I am crazy happy..but in the same place about alittle less then an inch over was another (?) the doc did not see a heart beat on it and said it might be to early or it might be part of the plactenta? he said in 4 weeks we could tell better..this one was done by a small portable ultrasound machine which he said was not the greatest but there was DEFINATLY two (?things) he said "usally" with Identical twins there is still a line that devides and there was not..I just want to no if it could be something eles? should I worry? could it be a baby and if so why wuld one have a heart beat and this one did not? is it to early? the second one was a little smaller..thanks sooooo much!!
Possibly 2 babies?! How exciting!!!!! I'm so glad your u/s went great and you got to see the heartbeat! :) YAAAYYYYYY! I can't wait till mine on Monday!!
How have you been feeling? Hopefully still having the symptoms, but not to the extreme! :) Are your symptoms with this pregnancy any different from when you were preggo with your daughter? I think mine are less intense with this one that they were with Brianna! Well off to lay on the couch and watch some tv, but I will be back on tomorrow! Have a good night! :)
