type 2 ammnoreah and trying to conceive

i am currently about to undergo FET. Prior to seeking fertility assistance i had athletica ammnoreah. i only have 1 blastocyst remaining. i was thinking of taking a break for 3 months if this transfer is not successful. could i possibly take clomid or something similar in this period to up my chances of getting pregnant naturally. i am not at a healthy bmi and do not exercise too much.
