Sounds like I have a good chance this month, we used OPKs and did get a positive. We had intercourse two days before, the day of and two days after. Hopefully it will be our month. Is there a chance of multiples?
Two follicles

I am on Clomid (3-7) and glucophage. I went on day 12 of my cycle to have a sono. The dr said I have two follicles, one on each ovary. The right side was 21 and the left side was 29. Is there a chance of both of them ovulating or do the follicles have to be on the same side? Plus are they both large enough to ovulate? Thanks!
Best of luck Lele, I will be praying for you and it sounds like you sure do have a pretty good chance! Im wondering if I should go and get an ultrasound to see my follicles after ovulation. Im taking Clomid starting tomorrow CD4-8. I just want to have hope, you know?? I wonder if my doctor will let me, or is that dumb?
I took Prometrium for 10 days to induce my period from Monday Sept. 10th - Wednesday Sept. 19th, to induce my period. Since I havent been having normal periods. Then I start Clomid tomorrow for the first time. I havent been ovulating at all. I guess I need to just take it this month and see what happens, then do the sono next month, since I doubt I will get in now.

I have been taking clomid for 6 months and they added glucophage (metformin) the last two. She added the glucophage when she did a sono and figured out although I was having a regular period I probably wasnt ovulating every cycle. I have been pregnant once before and I lost it at 6 wks 3 days with a D&C on Feb.13 (Happy Valentines...right?) Anyway, I did ovulate last month on both clomid and glucophage but the follicle was only at 20 this month I had two very large follicles one was 21 the other was 29. We did the opk got a positive (yay) and did our thing. Hopefully it will finally work out.

Thats soo great to hear about your large follicles, so when do you find out if this all worked??
We have been trying for 6 months, but come to find out out of the 5, I wasnt ovulating at all, because I have PCOS.
Im going to start using OPKs this afternoon. I used them last time before the doctors visit, and never got a positive, and i was soo upset and thought I missed it, but then quickly realized after the doctor said I probably had never ovulated since getting off the pill, I realized I didnt miss it.
