I didn't get an hcg shot. All natural this cycle. I am sure my dates are right. I took a pregnancy test last month and they were all negative. I had a pretty normal period too. I am hoping my doctor will do an ultrasound after my first appt.
Twins?

I know a single hcg level alone can't predict twins, but was curious about the possibility of twins. At exactly 3 weeks and 6 days from my last period my hcg level was 1115. This is my 4th pregnancy and I am feeling a lot sicker than with the others and it lasts all day. Once I eat something I can never eat it agian. It just sounds and smells disgusting. I can feel something when I lean my lower abdomen against a counter while washing dishes and just feel very different than the other pregnancies. I am very dizzy, winded and lightheaded most of the time and it seems like I am hungry all the time.
My first ob appt. is July 10. I know the only definate way to diagnose twins is through ultrasound, but what do you think? Please ladies and Dr. Q, I want to hear you thoughts. Thanks so much!
