Tubal reversal scar tissue

I had a reversal May 2007 and got PG in July 2007. Now we are trying again and it is taking me longer than it ever did with my other 3 children. Could scar tissue still have set in 3 or more months after my surgery while I was PG and blocked my tubes back up?

Unlikely, if you already got pregnant once after the reversal, then chances are your tubes are functional, and consideration to other causes can be considered if you've been ttc for >1yr
