TTC with yeast infection, possible?

I am on Clomid 50mg for 5 cycles already. I should be ovulating today (according to my doc who did USD yesterday and OPK I did this morning).

I've got yeast infection (doc prescribed Clotrimazole (vaginal) for me and Fluconazole for my hubby for single dose treatment). We still didn't take the pills, because I am waiting for my O to pass. Will these drugs affect fertility in any way?

Is yeast infection going to make a problem in TTC? How about CM? Could I still have fertile CM? It's impossible for me to be sure of any kind of CM with yeast infection...
