TTC with UTI

Hi, I am currently TTC. I have been for 13 months. I woke up this morning with a UTI, took a home test and the white blood cell count was postive. I am on CD 10 so ovulation is right around the corner. Will taking antibiotics and having sex with the UTI have any effect on TTC??
