TTC, What round worked for you??

Hey Ladies!
Okay, this will be my 4th round of clomid, now being increased to 150mg. I have been taking Metformin 1500mg for almost 3 months now. My doctor said if this doesn't work that he wanted me to see an RE, but my insurance won't pay for that or any part of it right now. It's just not an affordable option right now and I'm trying to stay positive that this 4th round will work.
Just to update you, I've been TTC for one year now (this month is my year mark and it's sooo hard).
Went off BCP's last summer, no period came. Went to doctor in November, PCOS suspected and no ovulation. He gave me provera and followed with 21day progesterone, which showed no ovulation.
Clomid ROUND 1 started March 08, 50mg. No ovulation.
Clomid ROUND 2 - April 08, 100mg, No ovulation by CD21, but +OPK on CD30. AF showed on CD35 :( (which confuses me)
Clomid ROUND 3 - May 08, 100mg, and started Metformin 1500mg. No ovulation, and no AF...waited until CD60 to start provera, which killed me waiting that long. I was trying to be patient!
So now, I'm on to ROUND 4 of clomid 150mg, and the Metformin has been in my system for almost 3 months. I really am praying this works, as this is all I can do until February when my insurance will start to pay 50% of treaments. (They will pay when I've been at my job for 2 years)
Ladies, please pray for me. I need all the support I can get as this is such a difficult time for me, especially since my sister just had a baby and she wasn't even trying.
Also, I was just wondering, what worked for you all? Which round of clomid and/or Metformin??
