TTC, Uti and Cipro

Hi everyone. I have a UTI (started 4th of July weekend while I was away) and the on call doctor who doesn't know me called me in Cirpo, 2x a day for 7 days. I asked the pharmacist if this is okay to take while TTC and she said yes. However, I am now reading conflicting information. I should have ovulated over 4th of July weekend (although I don't know if I did...I've been off BCP since March, but had to take Provera in June because I hadn't had a period..so I just don't know what's going on with my body). So, if I did ovulate on July 6, and started taking Cipro the next day, and I did end up getting pregnant on July 6, what does that mean? If I conceived that day and was taking the Cipro during the first or second week of conception, is the baby at risk? I'm scared!
