If you haven't had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) after 3 trials of Clomid, would definately have this done (check the site if unsure of HSG). Clomid can be combined with IUIs to slightly improve pregnancy rates, but even so, if you want results, you may want to consult an RE who can put you on injectable gonadotropins (assuming your tubes are open) with IUIs which more than doubles (close to triples) the pregnancy rate than clomid alone for "unexplained infertility". This will hopefully all that you need to do the trick for you

Thanks for the response! I have had a HSG, everything went well. My tubes are open and everything seems fine. I will look into talking with my RE about IUIs.
