My fiance and I have been together for close to two years and trying to conceive. We have sex quite often and have tried pillow propping, etc... no luck now after one year and five months!
I have two boys ages 3 and almost 7 years old. My fiance has two kids, a son who is 8 and a daughter who is 12 or 13.
We just don't have any kids together. These four kids mentioned above are to other people.
We are NOT rich and I doubt that my insurance would pay or even partial pay infertility treatments, or even for me to see a doctor about it.
I want a child to my soon to be husband more then anything, but we have had no luck. We have had unprotected sex every time, tried pillow propping, zinc pills, etc...
Today I went out and purchased a basal thermometer and ovulation test strips. I have no idea what I am looking for as far as the basal temp. goes.
What can I do to increase my chances of becomming pregnant again?
Please help, any thoughts or encouragement would be wonderful.
