Me and my husband are TTC #2 I went off of Birth control pills in June and had my first period on June 28. In July I had spotting from 28th and started heavy normal period on July 31st. So I used some ovulation calculators to try and figure when I would be ovulating and came up with Aug. 11-16. Well starting the 11 I had brown discharge when I would use the restroom and wipe....it was of an egg white concistency....and on the 12, 13, and 14 I still had some brownish discharge but no ewcm....what could this be?? It keeps getting lighter and lighter and by yesterday evening (the 14th) I didnt notice it anymore....Could it have been implantation bleeding?? or is it to soon for that?? Please help me better understand my situation...

You may have only had the ewcm discharge on the 11th, an and probably ovulated about the 13th, or 14th...usually the sequence of events. The ewcm is created from an estrogen surge that occurs a couple of days prior to ovulation and then decreases...sometimes to the level where there isn't more discharge, and eventually the progesterone will keep you from having this.
The most accurate way of preparing for ovulation would be to purchase OPKs, as this eliminates most of the doubt, and highly recommend these.
