can I drink during the TWW?

Do you have regular periods? Have you just recently came off birth control?

If you have the perfect situation (regular periods, regular ovulation, no male infertility issues) you will probably find yourself pregnant within a year by having sex on your fertile days (if you are on a 28 day cycle, usually around days 11-14). If your not sure of your fertile days, use ovulation predictor kits. If you are over 40 and do not get pregnant within 6 months, go talk to your doctor about testing for fertility issues.

You'll learn a lot by just reading through all the posts on this site.

hi sunny- I struggle with this every month and posted the same question months ago. I still drink a little here and there but don't overdue it because I have been changing so much during the 2ww wait for about a year now and each month get the bfn. Maybe I can find my old post and you can see what others wrote to me. :O) Lots of luck!!!

It is so frustrating to deal with TTC & maintaining sanity in your day to day life....

SO that's why I am going to act as if I'm not preggo until I get that BFP...
