Trying to get pregnant with Clomid

Iam 25 and trying for to get pregnant till last 1yr. I was diognised for PCOS in November and got treated then had clomid for fertilization last month but i din get pregnant and iam on the second course of clomid. i have a doubt whether his sperm enter inside me and travel till the fallopian tube bcoz every time i see all the contents he ejaculates outside the vagina. will the the vagina go deeper can i feel it how long it goes. But i feel my vagina is not leading to a deeper hole. i scanned regularly for calculating ovulation. Wat might be the cause for not getting pregnant. Kindly help me

Deepa, every month there is only a 25% chance to get preggo for a healthy couple. Dont worry abt the contents leaking from the vagina, happens..the good sperms have already stuck to the fertile cervical mucous. For peace of mind, u can keep a couple of pillows under ur butt and lie down for 15-20 mins after sex so that u dont leak as much. Ask ur Dr if she has evaluated ur cervix, Im sure she has and its probably ok. U cannot feel the deeper hole if you dont know what ur actually looking for. Its just round 1 of clomid, hang in there and if no prggo next month as well, check ur uterine lining clomid can sometimes thin it out not making it suitable for pregnancy (Not for all women, but a very few). Also, it can cause hostile cervical mucous. So, u may want to discuss with ur Dr about that as well. If after 6 months on Clomid with no preggo, talk to ur Dr abt Femara, Injectibles etc.
