Helpme.. yes if u put a pillow under ur behind after u finish having intercourse and stay like that for 10-15 mins then there is less to leak out.

Also, maybe try asking ur dr about doing a IUI (Intrauterine insemination) and she what he/she says.

Although it is "comforting" to know one is actively doing something to keep semen in, this has unfortunately never been shown to improve pregnancy rates...

And yes, after a year, talk to your doc about treatments
