Hi Sahi,

Sounds like you didn't ovulate this month on this large amount of clomid, and you may need injectable gonadotropins if not at least metformin if you're PCOS. Would now consult an RE and confident we can help with these meds to help you start a family

hello doctor, i had conceived in december 2005 as that was an unplanned pregnancy we went for abortion. After that my cycles became irregular.

I think you're doing the right thing in supplementing with Metformin, and know it's not the "funnest" drug to take as it's filled with lots of side-effects: headaches, fatigue, insomnia, gastritis...

Your PCOS most likely began to creep up around and just after the unplanned pregnancy, and the abortion I'm confident has nothing to do with your present issues...it's just that coincidentally you now developed PCOS and it's this that's causing the problems.

Sahi,

you would take the metformin continuously (not stopping) until you{re pregnant for PCOS.
