Hi Leeann,

If you've been sterilized, if you ever have a positive pregnancy test, please see a doctor immediately as it could be a high risk ectopic pregnancy.

IVF is still the best way of achieving a pregnancy but like you said, is very costly around the world. A good Ob/Gyn surgeon, depending on the kind of sterilization you received, could reconnect your tubes if you have more than 4cm of tubes left...These are the only two things that can be done, and we hope that you can undergo one of these two procedures...

if you're hpt is negative, then most likely not pregnant, and if so, very high risk for ectopic...

Sounds like this type of tubal ligation may easily be reattached by a reasonable surgeon and can also conceive via this route...otherwise, probabilities are very low with any type of medications since the sperm can't meet the egg..

do it cost a lot to get a tubal undone
