i have a "tilted uterus" - is that the same thing? my OB said it did not effect fertility. not sure if it is differnt though

please help me i need it urgently im 32 n have a retroverted uterus tryin from t past 3 months but no luck n im really gettin worried.i have a normal 28 to 30 day cycle.is there any special tips to be followed after t love making so that sperms dont flow out coz of t retroverted uterus

Uterine position has no effect on fertility. A tipped uterus will usually right itself during the 10th to 12th week of pregnancy.
If a uterus does not right itself, it may be labeled persistent. "Persistent retroflexion of the pregnant uterus is incompatible with advanced pregnancy. If spontaneous or artificial reposistion does not occur, the patient either aborts or develops symptoms caused by incarceration of the uterus before the end of the fourth month.
