i have a "tilted uterus" - is that the same thing? my OB said it did not effect fertility. not sure if it is differnt though

please help me i need it urgently im 32 n have a retroverted uterus tryin from t past 3 months but no luck n im really gettin worried.i have a normal 28 to 30 day cycle.is there any special tips to be followed after t love making so that sperms dont flow out coz of t retroverted uterus

Uterine position has no effect on fertility. A tipped uterus will usually right itself during the 10th to 12th week of pregnancy.
If a uterus does not right itself, it may be labeled persistent. "Persistent retroflexion of the pregnant uterus is incompatible with advanced pregnancy.
