Traveling while pregnant?

My husband and I are planning on taking a trip to Egypt to visit my family in January 09. I'm not pregnant now. Would it be safe to travel there if am pregnant but under 30 weeks? Also, would it be beneficial to get vaccinated now, while I am not pregnant then wait until right before my trip?

It would be Ok, let your doc and airline know,walk repeatedly down the aisle if you're preggos, and most vaccines are ok, but ask your doc to make sure you get the ones that are that may be necessary..
