Timing right?

Hi Dr. Q,

I got a positive OPK on Saturday morning (10:30am), and DH and I BD around 5pm. We also BD last night (around 8pm).

Also, I've been having cramps since a little before BD until now...

How is it possible that we could miss the egg??

If this is the first + OPK of ur current cycle, then u would have ovulated. Lots of women experience cramping on or after ovualation.
