i know i commented on the other post of yours but wanted to say welcome and that this site is a great place to be when TTC!! There are so many wonderful ladies on here and the doc is amazing!

ok here's the deal with me.
i have always been irregular with period but recently (for the last 18 months before dec 07) AF hadnt visited at all. I was diagnosed with PCOS in Aug 07 and given Norethisterone which i think is like Provera to restart my period.
Then took Clomid (50mg) from day 2-6...i was unable to take a scan as it was christmas period but i have a feeling i did ovulate bcos i had all the symptoms....
i had a blood test done on day 21 to see if i did ovulate but wont get results for another couple of days (i was advised not to get opk's until i know for sure that i ovulated as they are expensive)...
now i have to wait and see on the 20th of Jan if AF comes or not....if not then i will have to do a hpt or find out why AF hasnt arrived..i just hope its bcos im preggers :S but im not keeping my hopes up!

here's the latest....i'm an idiot :( we misunderstood the letter we got with instructions for dh's SA...we abstained for longer than 5 days because i misunderstood the letter....so dh went through all that for nothing :( so he comes back after the SA and says he was embarassed enough in the first place....how am i going to get him to go again? it wook him mroe than 6 months to go in the first place! I love my dh and i understand that its not a nice thing to have to do but i'm feeling frustrated today i guess i'll get over it....so now im trying to persuade him to book one asap so we can just get it over and done with.

awwwwwwww sweetie...I feel for you love..it is so hard for a man also. How far away do you and the dh live from the lab? Maybe (now this is coming from my dh) you and the dh can get a hotel room for the night and the SA done that way. In the hotel room is you live to far away...much better than at the lab...poor sweetie...sending you both big (((hugs)))
Heyyy! Guess what, dh's result came back perfect apparently... :) i asked about the 7 days abstaining and they said keeping that in mind the result is perfect and that if clomid doesnt work for ttc then they would happily recommend IUI :)
Lets hope Clomid 100g this month does the trick...i could end up conceiving on my 30th bday! :)
pray for me ladies im starting the af inducing tablets today hopefully in 9days i should start af and then clomid again cd2-6

Thanks for your sweet msgs :)
Just popped in to ask you all to say a little prayer for me...im going in for ultra sound tomorrow it will be CD8 (and then another on 26th Feb)they want to check if i have any eggies ready to be released....
Just pray that i ovulate this time....i just want my system to start working!
I've decided to quite my stressfull job and get a relaxed part time job so i can treat myself a little better and give myself more time...i'm hoping this works! :)
