Hello doctor,
I'm 5dpo at this point and noticed yesterday and today that I have thick, creamy CM and mildly sore boobs, mostly when I press/check them.
I know it's still early but could this be a sign?

I know we're all anxious and we hope that soon enough, you'll be able to post some good news for us. As for now since you're 5 dpo, these are simple signs of Progesterone and means that you ovulated. A little too early to tell right now, and if you read this site a little further and look up Progesterone/ovulation, you'll see that many people have similar symptoms.
