Temps, lower this cycle, and def. ovulated...confused!!!!!

Ok thanks for yall looking at this for me. I cant wait to hear yalls opinions on this.

My temp chart im pretty good at it, but this cycle its throwing me for a huge turn. I did start taking my temps both vaginally and orally starting 1DPO, but im recording only the oral one, as so I can compare Rounds 1 & 2 of Clomid, Round 3 didnt ovulate, so now ROund 4 did. You will see the chart overlay of Rounds 1,2,4 of Clomid. Also my temps vaginally are about .43 or so higher then orally, so they are in the 98.33 range right now and the past day or 2.

My temps this cycle are SOOOO much lower then the others. I dont know if its because its cold, but im pretty warm in bed, and when I take my temp im a little uncovered but im still pretty warm. I dont normally sleep with my mouth open unless that all of a sudden changed this cycle. I know for a 100% fact I ovulated, b/c my nipples never hurt unless progesterone is being produced. Also had the positive OPKs from 2:45, 5:30, 8:00 on CD15, then CD16 around 5:30 were negative but still pretty dark.

Hi Jolene,

I noticed the same thing with myself this cycle. I started off right about 98 and then it went up to 98.1-98.3 but then today at 7dpo my temp jumped to 98.61. Which is the highest it has been all week! I dont know why this happened but I am thinking it is because I only ovulated 1 egg last month. Last month I had 4 eggs and my temps were through the roof! I looked at your chart and you DEFINITLY ovulated and the temps keep going up which is good! Hopefully our BFP's are around the corner!

Thanks sweetie, its soo confusing. Im used to it all being around the same. I kinda wish the whole time I was doing the temps vaginally because its a more accurate temp, but just didnt really think of it. Im still keeping track of the vaginal ones, just to have 2 temps, they are def. in teh 98s. Pretty much where the other cycles were at. Crazy stuff.

Thats awesome your jumped that high today. Hopefully you will get a dip, or maybe just stay high high high. Some women dont get dips or any implantation signs, but your temps are looking GREAT!!!

Do you have a chart on fertilityfriend?

If so send me the link I would love to keep up with it. If not PLEASE do one so I can keep up with it...haha.

Gosh I pray you get your BFP and then 2 days later I get mine!!!! Its soo hard to imagine!

Yep, you definately ovulated. Congrats! Wonder if the baby aspirin effects temps at all?? I thought I asked Dr. Q that and he said probably not.

I don't think that as it gets colder outside, our temps change much...b/c we have our thermostat set to 67 during the day and 62 while sleeping at night..my temps are still the same since we've started doing that!

hmmm, I wonder what it is, and I really wonder if its the baby asprin, Angela asked that as well. I My temps are normally always the same, I added all my charts to it just now, so you can see them all if you want.

We keep our house at 66, all the time, but have to space heaters one in living room and then one here in my office. Also we have a heated blanket for the bed, and I always turn that on before bed, and turn it off soon after I get in there, but I always wake up warm. I really am starting to wonder why they are so low...hmmm.

really?? Lots of people say its fine, even Dr. Q, its only baby asprin at 81mgs to help thicken my lining.

Dr. Q said if we get pregnant just to let my doctor know that I have been taking it.

No Jolene its not the baby aspirin,,,Im taking it 2 and I am 5 weeks 2 days pregnant and my dr knows that I take it and she said that I will continue until around my 4th month. it helps with the uterine lining, even though is use is controversial it has been proven in many studies to help sustain a pregnancy.....

Thanks sweetie, and I sure hope that was the key to this cycle, along with taking some more vitamins, and upping my dose of clomid to 100mgs, you know if this is the cycle for me, then im not going to know what made it happen, since I changed so much this cycle. We will see.

Sarah do you think me taking it 1 month 1 week on 7DPO, is long enough, or should I have started sooner. I took it the day I started my prometrium to induce my period on Dec. 14th.
