Temping

Leeann you have to take the temperature as soon as you open your eyes, ie. before you get out of bed or remove the covers or even speak to your hubby :) You should also take the temp around the same time everyday. A temp taken at any other time during the day other than upon waking up is not accurate.

Leann also gotta have atleast 3-4 hrs of continuous sleep before taking the temp..ambient temperature, opening your mouth while sleeping etc all affects the BBT. its kinda tooo sensitive.
