I think it is fine to start trying again. In general when it comes to supplements I recommend taking a prescribed prenatal vitamin which has been FDA approved for use.

I had a miscarriage on June 30 and D&C
I want to start taking Fertile XX on the first day of my Period (which is due on September 5) would that be alright? Or should i rather not take the Fertile XX?
Also my Doctor said that I should wait just one cycle before trying again and I already did.

I think its ok to take as long as u are all clear with ur doc. Good luck and sorry to hear about ur loss hun!
