How do i know its working? Should i be tasting it after i have sprayed it?

Synarel is the same thing as Lupron that we use here in the US. I know that in Canada and Europe it is used more often.
You don't need to be tasting it, it is working as the absorption through the nasal cavity is excellent, and in about a week, if you're not on birth control pills simultaneously or injectable medications, you may feel some hot flushes, mood swings and other similar "menopausal" type of symptoms. Otherwise, you're doing a ok.
