Symptoms during the 2WW

It's a little too early for me to test- 10 dpo and I'm getting a few pimples and was a little on edge today. I'm wondering if anyone knows if one would get similar PMS symptoms and still be pregnant? I know it is too early to have any real pregnancy symptoms. I was really hoping (as many of us are-**babydust***) for a BFP this month since I took clomid and have been ttc for about 9 months. Anyone with experience or knowledge about this would definitely ease my mind for the next few days. I was thinking of testing early but I think that would just make me even more crazy if I got a - and it's really too early to tell. THANKS :O)
