surgery problems

i was wondering can i still conceive after i had surgery i had Ovarian cysts and endom removed back in jan 2005 i was put on depro couple days later i stop taking the shot's in july 2006 i also had a bad pap-smar with some bad cell but had a believe it was called a leap lazer surgery done and they said i should be fine but i am still kinda scared do to i have not concieved yet what should my next step be please help

I wouldn't worry too much about cyst or the leep creating infertility unless there was cervical stenosis that occurred (not common). It's the endometriosis/endometrioma that can create a little bit of infertility. At this point if you've now been trying for about a year, would consult an RE, have him/her review your records so that you can get further recommendations.
