Success of iui w/ injectables & safety

Hi Doc..what is the average success rate of iui with injectables such as gonal-f? I am 27, have one child..no known problems..just taking forever. Also, what is the % of twins? Are there any health risks to mother or child?

Minimal to no health risks to mother with injectable gonadotropins/IUI, OHSS is biggest threat, but uncommon with minimal stimulation protocols used for IUIs...

Pregnancy rates depends primarily on the diagnosis...Unexplained Infertility is about 18%, and increases thereafter, with about 20% chance of twins...
