sub septate uterus surgery, how long until I can get pregnant?

Hello,

How long after my surgery for a sub septate uterus will I have to wait to try and get pregnant? Thanks!

Many would recommend a few months prior to ttc. There was a recent study however that showed that waiting may not be necessary
