are you using OPK's to figure out the best time to have sex? Thats probably the best way to do it and make sure that if you are using lube it is sperm friendly and that you are taking a multi-vitamin or a pre-natal vitamin. Try not to drink tons of caffiene.

I have used the opks before and the saliva test and they drove me insane cos i could never get a real accurate reading. So i decided to give up and to just relax and have lots of sex and have fun aswell, not to stress. Its hard staying so positive and every now and then i still have a cry, I know it will happen when it meant to be.

And yeah i know about the lube thing,heard that egg whites are good!! Yuk!
