spotting on 12th day of cycle

Hi there,

I am not on the pill and never have been. My partner has started to ejaculate in me. My period is between 28 to a 29 day cycle. Ive been spotting half way through my cycle for the past 4 or 5 months. I had a paps test 3 months ago and got normal results. He came inside me last night and Im spotting today. What should I do? Today is my 12th day in my cycle.
