spotting in between periods

iam 38 and for the past 4 or 5 months i have been spotting in between my periods. it used to be spotting for up yo a week before my period but now its afterwards as well. i have had a cervical smear, a chlamydia test and a high vaginal swab but all are clear. i am not on any medication, not even contraceptives. i am otherwise fit and healthy. i have 1 child who is 14 1/2 years old. should i be concerned or just accept that its just my age?

You should see a doc who should do an endometrial biopsy given your spotting and age...
You can always see an RE who can do testing and provide treatment, as we REs still get good results at this age..
