I just wanted to provide an update and hopefully a little hope for those still TTC. After a full year of TTC we were able to conceive on our first round of clomid. We went at 6 weeks and had our first sono and suprisingly were able to see the heart beating. I really did not believe it until I saw that! They did blood work and everything has been fine. I am now 8 weeks and everything seems to be going ok. I am very nervous about miscarriage. Dr. Q Do the chances of misscarriage go down once you have hit the 8 week mark? I still can't believe we are pregnant. I know how difficult it is to be happy for someone who is pregnant when for months or years you have been trying with no sucess. I wanted to write to update simply to hopefully give a little hope to those TTC that it CAN HAPPEN!! Keep trying and stay positive! ******BABY DUST TO ALL**************************

Today I had a tiny bit of spotting. I only had it once when I went to the bathroom. Haven't had anymore since then. I would normally be on period right now day 2. I wanted to see if you think this is normal or not? I let my Doctor know that I had gotten 3 days worth of positive test and the nurse said they really didn't need to do any tests. I tested again this morning and it was dark positive line. My temps are also still up 98.6 15 dpo. It is really making me nervous! Thanks so much!

If they saw a heartbeat at 6 weeks, the risk of miscarriage drops to about 8%. If they see a hearbeat at 8 weeks, the risk drops to about 3-4%...It's looking great! Please don't forget about us and am sure our community will be very happy to hear your success!

Things are still looking good and to have a little bit of spotting is never unusual. Your temps are looking awesome to say the least and things are looking good! Unless you were told you were at high risk for an ectopic (very unlikely for which you'd be followed closely by your doc), we're keeping our fingers crossed hang in there, and keep us posted!
